Rumor has it that the Irwindale Speedway Formula Drift Championship features Forza Motorsport 7. The game appears in some way at this year’s show. It looks like Microsoft latest Forza game is set to take part in the real life Formula Drift event in Irwindale California. The famed Irwindale Speedway is closing but Formula Drift is having another run behind its renowned gates. Forza Motorsport 7 will be at the championship celebrating racing.
The Irwindale Speedway earns its name “House of Drift”; many still refer to it as the “birthplace” of American Drifting. Irwindale Speedway gave this style of racing its roots in the United States. On October 13th- 14th drivers take the raceway to earn the coveted title Formula DRIFT Champion. Drivers are coming out one last time on the famed track to battle it out on one of this intense course.
Like stated above, the Irwindale Speedway Formula Drift Championship features Forza Motorsport 7. This will be the last championship due to the closing of the track.
