What we have learned.
There are only 16 to 32 drivers that will be selected .
The competition is split in to Leg 1 and 2 to allow participants to compete over two days. The champion is decided by combining scores from both Races.
Some interesting things I noticed was that they are being very
Selective with only 16 to 32 drivers.
The license requirement says at least a D1 license but make no mention of Formula Drift.
They will be using an electronic device as well as humans for judging so I'm assuming they will be using the Doss box that D1 uses.
The fees are substantial and will keep allot of good talent from participating.
Thee was no mention of the power requirements, tire sizes or any indication that they me be leveling the playing field. That question remains unanswered.
